General Formulation’s Concept®285 RoughMark™ is high-tack, easily-removable matte opaque polymeric vinyl film that’s suitable for use on brick, block and concrete wall surfaces for amazing promotional and decorative effects.

This 90-mic matte opaque polymeric vinyl film is coated with a high-tack removable (HTR) acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 135gsm lay-flat liner, which provides it with excellent dimensional stability. This makes it eminently suitable for digital printing and it accepts a variety of solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex and UV curable inks.

In terms of application, this is the perfect substrate for when you need a conformable removable vinyl – for example, when you want to adhere to internal or external brickwork. It conforms well with controlled heats, and you’ll be able to remove it cleanly from moderately textured surfaces such as brick, block and concrete. There are very few such versatile films that satisfy the unusual requirement of combining high-tack with removability – and we definitely recommend it for use with Epson S series and Mutoh printers.
